Now Hiring for the 2026 Treatment Season

Innovative Tree Care Specialists, LLC is hiring for the 2026 treatment season! We are looking for a experienced PHC Technician (part-time or full-time) to add to our team.

ITCS has been in business since 2017, and we have rapidly grown over the past several years. We aren’t your typical tree service, and ITCS employees won’t find themselves out pruning or removing trees. We specialize in plant health diagnostic and treatment services, and we have evolved into a recognized expert in the field.

We take a science-based approach to our innovative treatment solutions, and our treatment programs focus on long-term tree retention and preservation. Critical thinkers, problem-solvers, and those looking to expand upon their expertise in the field of arboriculture to save trees (rather than remove them) are the people we are looking to bring on board.
